Douglas has two modern manufacturing plants in New Zealand and Fiji. They have the capacity to produce pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements in a variety of forms both contained or non-contained - solid oral dose, liquid and soft gel - for both Douglas Pharmaceuticals and its customers. At our manufacturing plants we also boast laboratories that offer state-of-the-art analytical testing facilities along with new product developments.
The New Zealand Government also has in place a Mutual Recognition Agreement that allows Douglas Pharmaceuticals to export the pharmaceutical products it manufactures into the European Union. The New Zealand Regulatory Authority is recognized by many countries in Asia. The company is also regularly inspected by the USA FDA.
