Neogen NV is part of the Alter group of companies and is based in Belgium. Our principle activity is the development, license and supply of generic products aimed at the hospital market. We have strong knowledge in several therapeutic fields including oncology, anti-infectives, gastro-intestinal, pain treatment, cardiology and CNS. We out-license products which have been either developed in-house at Neogen or through our sister companies within the Alter group (SP Pharma and Nordic Speciality Pharma), as well as products made available to us through collaborative agreements with other product developers. We are a small expert team of experienced professionals, who know the generic and branded industries well, have huge experience of managing license
and supply partnerships with third parties and are very open to development proposals which bring mutual benefit.
